✨ What’s New in Baycana! A feast of local flavors awaits

corporate

We are pleased to announce that in Baycana we have a new blog available on our website, where we explore the rich local gastronomy of the Dominican Republic. A culinary journey that will take you to discover the most authentic flavours of our island, which you can enjoy directly in the restaurant of our Clubhouse.

Dominican gastronomy is a reflection of the island's cultural diversity, a true feast of flavors, aromas, and colors.

In this article, we take a look at some of the most representative dishes of Creole cuisine, such as sancocho, a comforting stew full of meats, vegetables and condiments that connects us with our roots; the mangú, a traditional breakfast that combines green plantain with sautéed onions, perfect to start the day with energy; tostones, those crunchy slices of green banana that cannot be missing from any table; and mofongo, a fried plantain-based treat served with a special touch of garlic, meat, or seafood.

But that's not all. In our Clubhouse restaurant, you will have the opportunity to taste not only these traditional dishes, but also a variety of recipes that highlight the best of Dominican culinary culture. Every bite is a celebration of the island, and we're excited to share this experience with you.

In Baycana, tradition is served in every dish!
